At Safe Payment, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every digital product sold through our platform and offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you purchased through Safe Payment, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at mkt.moneyclub@gmail.com with the following information:
- The full name used at checkout;
- The email address used at checkout;
- The approximate date of purchase;
- The order number or last 4 digits of the card used (if available);
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).
Our support team will respond within one (1) business day to confirm and process your refund.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued through our payment processor Stripe back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds typically appear on your statement within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date;
- The request must come from the email address used at the time of purchase, or include sufficient information to verify your identity;
- The product must have been purchased directly through Safe Payment (purchases through unauthorized third parties cannot be refunded by us).
Exceptions
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund through this policy:
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date;
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team — we encourage all customers to email us first so we can resolve the issue directly and avoid unnecessary disputes;
- Purchases made through promotional offers explicitly marked as non-refundable.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact us at mkt.moneyclub@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved in less than 24 hours through direct communication. Filing a chargeback for a charge that you actually authorized — without first attempting to contact us — may be considered fraudulent in some jurisdictions.
Subscription Products
At this time, Safe Payment only offers one-time digital products. No recurring or subscription charges are processed through our platform. If you see an unexpected recurring charge from "SAFE PAYMENT" or "FERLA RESPONSE" on your statement, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
